Position Title:
Client Support Specialist (CSS) - Independent Contractor (Remote)


Position Description:

This is a remote independent contractor position.  The CSS will manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and/or respond to live chat messages from customers needing assistance with order status updates, bill payments, tax assistance, tech repair/troubleshooting, scheduling healthcare appointments, scheduling reservations, and/or providing roadside assistance.  This position does not involve sales, telemarketing or cold calls.  No outbound calls are allowed.

Wages:
$10 - $15 per hour (15 - 40+  hours weekly)

Multiple Shifts Available (Open 24 hours)

​

Qualifications:
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills
Must have a computer and home telephone
Excellent communication and organization skills
Must pass background check, drug screening and skill assessments
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma/GED

Call Center experienced preferred but not required

Equipment Requirements:
We do not provide equipment.  Applicant must have the following before the first day of training:

Compatible laptop or desktop preferably with dual monitors

Dedicated home phone line (no features such as call waiting, caller ID, etc)

Call Center Dial pad

USB Headset with microphone

3.0 USB 32GB Flash Drive
